Morgan Forrest,
Owner/ Broker of Cross Keys Realty
Morgan Forrest is a licensed real estate broker and property manager working primarily in Gainesville, Florida and surrounding cities. Born and raised in Gainesville, Morgan began pursuing her career in real estate at a young age when she started working in her family business that focuses on real estate investment and development, rental properties, condominium conversions and the like.
While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she obtained her real estate sales associate license in 2017 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management in December of 2018. Following graduation, Morgan became a licensed real estate broker in 2019 and is now the owner and qualifying broker of Cross Keys Realty, Inc.
Morgan is a young professional with a vast skill set as she owns and manages several of her own rental properties, is a listing and buyers’ agent, and a property manager. Morgan currently manages the Campus Point of Gainesville Condominium Association and is the president of the Board.
